Our Engineers can also develop these weldment drawings for you in the event you need a turnkey solution to meet your needs. Our manufacturing facility builds ASME Pressure Vessels certified with the U, S, and R stamps. We cut, fit up, and weld structural components custom made to fit your needs including gussets, lifting lugs, brackets, supports, stairs, platforms, etc. Machinery in our facility include drill presses, fitters tables, plasma & oxygen/acetylene cutters, iron workers, presses, band saws, and miscellaneous tools and jigs.
MechaFab Industries LLC Team of welders are certified and qualified in accordance with ASME/ANSI/AWS/ISO/API /ASTM/NACE specifications to follow Quality Control welding procedures. We are trained to perform all types of position welding including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead. Welding Machines available in our facility to meet your welding needs include MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Stick and Oxy-fuel Welding. Materials most typically welded include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, and titanium. Our welders can perform brazing and soldering for your copper, brass, cast iron, and cast aluminum materials.
